The Curves Women‘s Health & Fitness Initiative was launched in order to:

  • Examine short and long-term efficacy of the Curves fitness and weight loss programs;
  • Identify ways to optimize the Curves program through various diet, exercise, and/or nutritional interventions; and,
  • Determine ways to optimize the health and well-being of women.

This program has produced research that has been translated from the lab to over 10,000 Curves fitness facilities in over 80 countries. This research has literally impacted the health and wellness of millions of women worldwide.
