Want the opportunity to exercise and improve your health?
Men & Women Needed for a Study
Are you between 30 and 65 years of age, overweight and your doctor has encouraged you to exercise and lose weight? Has your doctor ever told you your cholesterol and triglycerides are high, you have hypertension or that you have borderline Type 2 Diabetes? Do you want to get in shape and improve your health?
If so, you may be eligible to participate in an exercise and nutritional supplement intervention study. Researchers in the Exercise & Sport Nutrition Laboratory (ESNL) at Texas A&M University are recruiting approximately 120 sedentary and overweight males and females to participate in a study. The study will examine the effects of ingesting chromium on training adaptations in sedentary and overweight men and women initiating an exercise and weight loss program. Eligible participants will receive $100 for completing the study. Four total visits throughout approximately a 12-week period will be required.
